Dragons are a rare race of creatures in the world of Mekkan, people will go their entire lives without seeing one. They can appear as a human or as a full dragon of various looks.
Background
Legend says they are so rare because Yuelia felt that she should be the only dragon; however the other deities pressured her into making at least a few, she then focused the rest of her power to recreate the Salamanders as their own race instead of a less version of a dragon.
