Yuelia Dragon

Overview

Yuelia, is the mother of all dragons. Worshiped as the deity of Fire, Destruction and Cleansing and known as the gatekeeper of the deities for birthing the dragons which guard the gates of Mekkan. She also created the Salamander

Personality

Yuelia is often viewed as an evil nature being arrogant, greedy, spiteful, vain but especially prideful, though she does have a few redeeming factors such as granting boons to creatures she considered no threat, crushing the odd evil centaur horde on a whim, and the fact that she has planted many trees and flowers in buckwood despite having her followers torch it in the past. She's also shown signs of guilt eventually, when she has destroyed something that meant a deal to her friends.

She disdained mortals, regarding them as mere souls looking for gain or mere disposable tools in her schemes, She is of the mindset that they will eventually reincarnate and has no fear of their demise as that was the way of dragons of the old world. When needed, she was charming and fey. She had an insatiable greed for treasures, but preferred that her followers brought it to her in the form of gifts or sacrifices instead of searching for riches on her own.

Yuelia enjoyed the company of non-dragons, and had many consorts of the poor mortals that been thrown through the fire gate on her time on Mekkan. In more recent years her very fiery and destructive demeanor has dwindled with the courtship of the Avians' deity Aviana who she absolutely adores and will happily give up most things for.
